  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the USA. International orders are not accepted.

Address Changes

We can update your shipping address as long as your order has not shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@equipandgear.com.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. If a package is sent to an incorrect address, please contact us for further assistance.

Invalid Addresses

We are not responsible for orders returned due to invalid or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. In such cases, we will not issue a refund. However, if minor errors are detected, we reserve the right to make necessary corrections to ensure successful delivery.

If your address is flagged as invalid, we will attempt to contact you via email for clarification. If we don’t hear back and the address is still shippable, we will proceed with shipping. If critical details are missing, we may cancel and refund your order.

Tracking Your Order

Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed. You may choose to:

  • Reship the item (subject to additional shipping fees), or

  • Refund the cost of the item (excluding original shipping fees).

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges, and any refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If we do not hear back within a specified time, we will proceed with a refund for the item cost only.
