At EQUIP AND GEAR, we know you’re excited to get your order and we’re just as excited to get it to you. That’s why we do our best to process and ship everything as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes about 4 to 5 business days. In total, you can typically expect to receive your order within 5 to 8 business days from the time you place it.

Our daily cut-off time for order processing is 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after that time will begin processing the following business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. There are no additional shipping charges or hidden fees,what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Shipping Availability

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re not offering international shipping just yet, but it’s something we’re working on for the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery. If you don’t receive a tracking email within three business days of placing your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Need to Change Your Shipping Address?

If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, let us know as soon as possible. We’re able to make changes to the shipping address only if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Once it’s in transit, unfortunately, we’re unable to make adjustments.

Invalid or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned. If that happens, we’ll get in touch to confirm the correct address, but a reshipping fee may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. For lost packages (especially if tracking shows it was delivered but you didn’t receive it), we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and find a solution. We’re committed to making sure you receive your order or a replacement if something goes wrong.

Returns and Refunds

We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day refund policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any original packaging. If you need to start a return, just reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.
